Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Opened or consumed food products are not eligible for refunds.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Dosa Delights.
